(Evening parties are charged at \u00a320 per hour plus a \u00a3100 deposit to cover possible damage, breakages and repairs)<\/p>\n<p>There is also a charge of \u00a315 for use of the cooker in the main hall.<\/p>\n<p>All other facilities such as the kitchen and all its equipment and the sound system are included.<\/p>\n<p>To book the hall contact :-<br \/>\nThe Booking clerk <strong>Peter Higham on 07835095939, email <a href=\"mailto:higham@hillfoot.co.uk\">higham@hillfoot.co.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once a date and time is agreed, you will be sent the booking form for you to complete and return with your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once this is received.<\/p>\n<p>You will then be contacted a few days before your event to confirm your table layout and any other requirements you may have.<\/p>\n<p>The hall will be opened for you by the caretaker.<\/p>\n<p>Once your event has ended, please tidy the hall and leave it as you found it.<\/p>\n<p>The caretaker will see you leave and he will come to lock up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hire of either of the halls is charged at \u00a317 per hour.
