To book the hall

Hire of either of the halls is charged at £17 per hour. (Evening parties are charged at £20 per hour plus a £100 deposit to cover possible damage, breakages and repairs)

There is also a charge of £15 for use of the cooker in the main hall.

All other facilities such as the kitchen and all its equipment and the sound system are included.

Once a date and time is agreed, you will be sent the booking form for you to complete and return with your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once this is received.

You will then be contacted a few days before your event to confirm your table layout and any other requirements you may have.

The hall will be opened for you by the caretaker.

Once your event has ended, please tidy the hall and leave it as you found it.

The caretaker will see you leave and he will come to lock up.
